Can't find GTA V Save game after setup windows

Hi all

I have GTA V on steam. I have the game backup . when I setup windows and restore the game on steam I lost all save game. how can i get all save game again?

Game Backup doesn't include the save files, Cloud Sync is for the save files. Game backup is so you can move the data files.
The save files are located in:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles
And they're called:
SGTA500XX
SGTA500XX.bak
