Question Cant find script / pc crashing

Hi! everytime i start up my computer i have got a popup that says "Cant find script C:\program files (x86)\OVPN\client_runner.vbs."
I dont know what it means or how to solve it, please help.
lately my pc have crashed a lot and gotten some blue screens and i wonder as well if this can be for the same problem?

i have ran malware scan and didnt find something wrong, i have gotten this popup for a long time but i have ignored it so i dont remember if i installed any vpn unfortunaly. Sorry if my english is a bit broken btw xD
