Question Can't Find Some Input Keyboard Languages

Hello
I have a problem that i can't find my regional input keyboard languages (Not Display Languages) (e.n Urdu (Islamic Republic of Pakistan) & Arabic (Saudi Arabia)), I tried to install some fonts of above mention languages, it installed but no input for these languages works & I also tried to change formats/Location in Region & Languages to Urdu (Islamic Republic of Pakistan) & Arabic (Saudi Arabia) but it also doesn't works.
I currently run Windows 7 (Professional) (Installed About 3 Months Ago).
Please help in this regard

Go to Windows update, check for updates, select "Arabic Language Pack" in 'Optional' updates.

Thanks for your information, Previously i searched a lot on internet & also tried above answered/replied troubleshoot, But none worked. As about your above mentioned reply i can only download these updates (Windows Language Packs (KB972813)) if i have Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 7 Enterprises, It can't works/no update available for Windows 7 Professional.
If you need a list of programs that i installed on my system i will upload it on your demand

Is your Windows 32 bit or 64 bit? Do you have Service Pack installed?

Here's the Service pack: https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=5842

Then you might be able to manually install the language pack.

I have Windows 7 Professional (Service Pack 1) 32 bit & the update link you provided is for Windows 7 Ultimate although i also tried before & now again but it cannot install.
