[SOLVED] Can't format drive with windows on (2nd hand HDD)

I want to format a drive with windows folder on it but it tells me that I cannot do that, it's on a 2nd HDD I have and not on main windwos 10 drive that I boot from (which is my first main HDD).

Any solutions?

Power OFF
Disconnect the drive you wish to format
Power ON
Does it boot correctly?

Either way, show us a screencap of your Disk Management window.

I don't have problem with booting it boots fine from main HDD, my PC have 2 HDDs, my issue is that I got a 2nd HDD which had windows 10 on it and it's primary drive for that 2nd HDD, I'm trying to format it to make space for GTA 5 but it won'd let me because it's primary drive for that 2nd hdd.

I asked that to verify that the system was booting from ONLY the drive you do not wish to format.
Presumably Disk 1 is the one you wish to keep, and fully wipe Disk 0?

Yeah exactly, can I make all the drives non primary or format the primary one on disk 0?

Move the page file to H: or something.
