[SOLVED] Can't fully screw in motherboard

Respectable
Hello, built a PC for my friend today. Everything went well except for screwing in the mobo to the standoffs in the case. The mobo is a b450 tomahawk max and the case is the NZXT H510i. The standoffs were preinstalled. I was able to get I think 5 screws in and left 3 out because for some reason there were holes that lined up with the standoffs and some that didn't so I couldn't get the screws in. Screws I used were the 6-32 flat 5mm or something along those lines which I'm pretty sure were the right ones. Is this an issue or is it fine to leave it like that (talking long term of course)

Solution
The only standoff that should be there should have a screw in them.
What case?
What motherboard?

you do not require all the screws to secure a motherboard, however its not ideal.
