Question Cant get out of the BLUE SCREEN loop.

HI,
My Acer Aspire 15 laptop came with 4gb RAM and windows HOME 64 bit digitally activated.
It was running real slow so I decided to REINSTALL windows 10 PRO 64 bit.
I reintalled it using a USB but

1. ** I was not able to choose windows pro 64 bit**** I did a custom install but windows automatically installed 10 home
2. ** After installation was complete *** An update was automatically downloaded and required a restart.

I clicked restart and now I am stuck with a BLUE screen loop saying windows did not restart properly
I run the diagnostics every time I restart but I cannot get out of that loop
Plese help OR suggest thread with this issue solved

First port of call is I would retry the clean installation with W10 Home set, not pro. And follow a thorough guide here: https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/how-to-do-a-clean-installation-of-windows-10.3170366/

Then feedback on how it goes.
