Cant Get To The Internet

i check all my drivers if i had any yellow icon and none of them had i also updated my windows vista drivers and the daily updates but still it hasnt been working right now im using a wifi adapter that i purchase in radio shack.

vista 32 bit

i have used microsoft fix it but it didnt work

can someone tell me how to fix this ?

how do i do that
