Question Can't get x570 Taichi SATA to Hot swap SATA drives

I have an AsRock x570 Taichi Razer mobo. I have a hot swap bay on the front of my computer with all those connectors hooked up to the mobo. It will not hot swap. If I change a drive, I have to reboot before it shows up. Never had this problem with my last computer. It had an Asus mobo.

I have dug through the bios and I can't find a setting to enable or disable hot swap.

How do I get this to work?

What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? Should be located under Storage configuration in BIOS. It's set to AHCI, correct?

looking through bios layout, its named there "External SATA Port On Port X", where you choose which sata port will be hot swapable
you can get to it from advanced\storage configuration\chipset sata configuration

If I go into the Storage Configuration all of the drives are set to AUTO
