Solution
The motherboard link you gave redirects to a mATX. Anyway, I changed that to an ASRock z75 Pro3.
The video card link doesn't go anywhere. The 7770 should perform better at a bit cheaper price.
I gave a cheaper, more efficient casing.
Found a cheaper 16gb RAM that's still good quality.
Great SSD choice.
You forgot a PSU. Added one for you.

And here it is,
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/iFIJ
$671.91 after rebates.

Skip the 3570K on that budget and go for a 3450. 16GB of RAM isn't needed either.

For that budget I'd go for something like this:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3450 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($87.55 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($39.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($86.98 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card ($195.98 @ Newegg)
Case: Antec One ATX Mid Tower Case ($44.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Antec EarthWatts Green 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($74.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($24.97 @ Newegg)
Total: $735.44
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Excella in the "Parts to upgrade" i mentioned i would be reusing my Corsair VX 550W I fixed the video link please
take a look, if you still like yours better, please indicate this. So now we can subtract your Rosewill Green PSU and
the price is looking even better. Let me know what you think about the graphics card.

G-Unit I really want my Intel Core i5-3570K. I didn't mention storage because I have a 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black already, I only mentioned the SSD in this thread cause that's all I need. I don't need a Power Supply, please see "Parts to Upgrade" section, and I don't need an optical drive. Now if your choice was a reasonably priced BluRay Burner I would definitely consider it. Can we now edit the part picker results? Thanks so much for responding!

It should work. It looks like shipping will be extra unless you have a Microcenter nearby. The LG I linked to above does appear to be slightly faster and it has a couple of extra features that you'll probably never use (Plays 3D discs and DVD-RAM).

The RAM you chose is $30 more than the one I suggested, and it's only 1333MHz.
The Vertex 3 SSD isn't very good. Please reconsider the Vertex 4 I listed.
There are better cases out there in the $50-60 range(i.e Rosewill Challenger and CM HAF 912, respectively) that's alot better than your $70 MSI.

I am going to go with the first one you suggested Cooler Master HAF912 Mid Tower ATX Computer Case I read the reviews this time, it has two 120mm fans I am ok with that. Can you find me a SSD a little less the Vertex 4, and better RAM??

I am retiring for the night, but will read your replies in the morning, thanks again man!

I dont know why you want a 3570K and Z77 if you arent even OCing. Waste of money if you ask me, can be put to a more powerful video card. I know you arent gaming, but a 7850 will play anything on your resolution.

Same with 16Gbs of RAM.

Yeah... lighter17 and I are different people. :p

Anyway, I find it slightly amusing how microcenter doesn't have any G.Skill products. Also, their RAM is a bit more expensive than Newegg.
This is probably as good as it gets, if you don't mind shelling out $5 more.
Corsair Vengeance 16gb (2x8gb)
Crucial Ballistix Sport 16gb (2x8gb)

I would just order from Newegg though. :p

This Sandisk is $20 cheaper.

Yeah NW thanks but i really want the 3570K but thanks for your imput

My apologies Excella for confusing you. I am going to go with the Corsair Vengeance, why do you like the Sandisk over the Vertex 3 cause of the storage space?
