Can't install drivers

Computers only worked in safe mode for a while and I can't change the resolution past 1280x1024. Got a flashdrive and tried to install drivers. Didn't work, got error 99. Ran ddu as well and it was working at first while installing drivers, but Midway through it just permanently black screens. Need help, gpu is Radeon 7870. Using Windows 10

Could be a dead video card, test it in another system and see if it does the same thing there.
