Critical process died

All of my hardware is new except my gpu btw!

Hello, so my PC was freezing and I would have to restart it and it was happening every hour. I tried reseting the PC twice and it would still happen. I thought it was my SSD gone bad since I've had it for around 6 years. So I bought another SSD and when trying to install windows I get "windows cannot access the installation sources. verify that the installation sources are accessible" when it's at the initial % points when installing windows 10. I was using a USB with windows on it. I tried using all the different ways of booting as USB in the program Rufus. Fat32, gbt, msb.. Everything. I tried making the drive both gbt or mbt to see if it would work and nothing. I read online about it being Ram and I have two new sticks and two really old ones. I took them all out but one of the good ones and I got passed the windows initial installation but now everytime I put my Microsoft info and pin to be able to get into windows when it says "getting system ready" "this may take a few minutes" I get a BSOD and it says "critical process died" and I got a BSOD after that with code #0xc000021a. I got passed the getting system ready and updated my bios chipset and it kept doing the same thing and after two of the BSODS I have to reinstall windows again because it won't bootup.

I also tried multiple windows 10 operating systems but all on the same flash drive

1080 gtx
Trident Z 8gbx2
I5-9600?
Crucial 500gb ssd (the new one I bought)

try a different usb? and/or another usb port?
I'll go buy another USB now but I tried different ports and a weird thing is sometimes when I go into the win10 installation and go into disk part and list disk it doesn't even show the ssd. I just wait and it'll randomly show up if I keep listing disks.

what the ssd in m.2 or 2.5"
I tried a different USB and different port and still I get the critical error critical_process_died bsod when it gets to the getting windows ready screen. then the pc boots to the login for the pc and just bsods again then it tries to diagnose my pc and doesnt work and then i am not able to use the OS anymore.

what the motherboard? latest bios?
check cpu temp?
memory xmp profile turn on?
what the make and model of the psu?
Motherboard is MSI z390 gaming plus
cpu temperature in bios is 24C but when I put the cpu I thought to myself I may have put a little too much thermal paste in.
memory xmp was on when i had 4 sticks in then someone said it could have been ram so i took 3 of them out of the 4 and turned xmp off
psu is 650 thermaltake rgb psu.
