Cant locate sata raid config in intergrated peripherals

using Phoenix awardBIOS COMOS setup utility, under Integrated Peripherals, can't locate SATA Raid Configation. I try to install a SATA HHD, need to change the SATA mode to IDE

Use the BIOS in the computer and then select "Integrated Peripherals". Select the BIOS during startup by repeatedly depressing the 'Delete' (?) key or F2, or the appropriate key.
