Question Can't open AMD Settings

So my old card (RX 560) also had this problem but I shrugged it off because I didn't need to change anything but I just installed my new card (Rx 580), uninstalled old drivers and installed the new latest drivers, rebooted an wanted to change settings with ReLive and Wattman but it wasn't opening. Whenever I try to open it, it opens in the small bar in the bottom right, then closes itself. Running as admin doesn't work as well but I haven't tried reinstalling, but since I just removed and installed the drivers several days ago, I don't know if this will work anyways.

Your windows is fully updated? have you installed the newest drivers through "manage" - device manager?

Uninstall drivers with DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html and reinstall newest 19.3.3 drivers from AMD site.

DDU won't open.

Have to do it while booted in Safe mode. It's self extracting archive file and should extract contents to a folder called DDU v18.0.0.9

Still not opening. Booted in safe mode, uninstalled with DDU and reinstalled but still can't change the settings.

I had the same problem when windows wasn't fully updated 👆
