Can't overclock anymore?

My motherboard had an issue where it didn't work, and I sent it in for RMA, and was returned w/ another, working one (I presume it was a different one, but it could've been the same one, just fixed). Before, I was easilly able to customize w/e options on overclocking my processor that I wanted. However, now, it seems that those options are locked. Could this have been the manufacture locking it, and if so, how can I take it off? My cpu is just dissapointing now..

Flash to a newer bios version. That board has a ton of features and overclocks very well, so I suspect the dealer sent you back a lemon or they installed the wrong bios version.
