[SOLVED] Can't port forward

Hello, I am trying to port forward my Minecraft server on my BT Smart Hub 2, but when I port forward, UpNp is unchecked and yougetthesignal.com says the ports are still closed.
Shields Up says that "Unknown protocol for this port" and "Unknown application for this port", but I have no idea what that means.

Where is that error shown on the smart hub`s page or on your computer, should be able to port forward by logging into your smart hub > Advanced Settings > Firewall > Port Forwarding > Create New Port Forwarding Rule > Type In the Following Values

Minecraft Server

IP of the device that is running the server

25565

25565

25565

25565

TCP/UDP
