[SOLVED] Can't print from Chrome

Hi,

When opening a document (such as a word or pdf doc that's attached to an email) in Chrome, if I preview it in the browser and then hit 'Print', it claims to have printed it but the document never actually makes it to the Print Queue, let alone actually printing.

I've tried switching the default PDF viewer to the ADobe plugin but no luck. If you print using system dialogue from the print preview, it works, but that's a longer way around.

Looking online it seems a lot of people have had a similar problem. Does anyone know there's a fix?

Thanks

Solution
We found a resolution.

The printer that was selected was the right machine but had at some point been installed on that workstation as a shared printer from another workstation. Although it had since been installed directly on the problematic workstation, Chrome was still pointing to the shared printer (despite it having been removed from the list of installed printers on that machine). When we looking into it more closely and instead pointed chrome to the directly installed printer, all worked as it should.
