[SOLVED] Can't Run 3200mhz XMP after adding 2 RAM sticks

Hello Im having issues with an extra RAM kit I just purchased. I have a AMD Ryzen 7 2700X and a MSI X470 gaming pro carbon motherboard. I already had 2x8GB 3200 Corsair vengance pro RGB sticks in there which ran at their XMP profile at 3200mkz 16-18-18-36 but I just added 2 more 8GB stick of the exact same ram and the XMP profile does not run at all. Its only running at 1066Mhz in task manager and CPUZ which is 2133Mhz. i tried manually clocking it to the manufacturer speeds with no luck.

You'll often find four sticks wont run as fast as two. There are those who'll dispute this but it's what I've seen on this site.

Adding extra memory to existing memory has no guarantee to be compatible together.

I fixed the issue I have Flashed the bios with the newest one and It is running perfectly at 3200mhz on all 4 stick. doing some ram tests overnight.
