can't run gta 4 please help!

Hi I just bought gta 4 yesterday but had issues running the game installed the game and copied the crack but when I open gta 4 exe it says error rmn60 unable to start correctly and when i open a icon which is launchgtaiv it shows something like razor911 and then error unable to start program my gpu drivers are up to date and my specs core i3 4th gen @ 3.4ghz Amd r7 240 2gb 8 Gb ram and btw I don't play multiplayer so please tell a way to play the game without making a account on social club or windows live any help will be appreciatabe thanks in advance

Buy a legit Copy. That should work.

I dont understand why someone would BUY GTA 4 and crack it. If you bought the game you dont need any crack or patch.

Okay i somehow managed to run the game but when I open a black screen appears and then gta iv has stopped working so what should I do now
