Can't run smooth

Ok so my laptop has specs that could run this game smoothly on low to medium settings (player unknowns battlegrounds) but it's not I have everything set to low and very low. It's still not smooth. I even have made sure power saving mode for my gpu is off but it still won't work. Can you guys help?
Specs:
16gb ddr4 ram
AMD FX-9800 R7 2.70 GHz CPU
Radeon R7 M445 GPU

I would be surprised if this game ran smoothly as an FX-9800p and an R7 M445 are both far short of the minimum requirements. Now, you can run a lot of games when not meeting the minimum requirements, but there are limits.
