can't seem to disable win updates??!

hey guys having trouble figuring out how to stop those damn windows forced updates.

ive manually disabled windows update in services
installed wushowhide to block windows updates

but now the windows 10 update assistant somehow keeps appearing every now and then and trying to force the update

any other fixes??

note-i notice some lag on my system in gaming on any update on the win10 creators and after updates so ive avoided them.

Let it update simply. I've returned to windows 7 because of that...

this has worked for me. someone else here pointed it out to me. i'm not updated (cause it works!) to newest version but i assume it still works for newest version.

For Windows 10, this is by design.
You're not supposed to turn off, or be able to turn off, updates.

"some lag"? That is almost certainly your system, not the OS updates.

everytime it force updates, i start to get some stuttering on the only game I play. i rollback to the prev win version(done this multiple times), becomes 100% smooth again
