Question Can't take my Mobo out of my case

Hello! My Mobo is crosshair vi hero and when I tired to take my Mobo off my case, One of my screw head was broke(no idea how and I don't see the head anywhere in my PC either)
heres the pic of it :

Tried using a plier and it won't budge, instead I broke a capacitor near it during the process.
Any ideas on how to take it off?

Isn't that just the peg that centers the board up for the rest of the standoffs?

I thought the same, tried to remove all the screws and pulled it and it's still stuck
Checked the manual and it's 9 screws and 1 of it is where the head broke off.

Edit - Sorry I didn't reply sooner, first time using a forum to ask a question and forgot to keep tabs on it.
Edit 2 - Omg...Yeah it's exactly what you said it is, got my motherboard out by pulling it up harder. Thanks alot !
