Question Can't tell if GPU or PSU are the issue.

So i've been having an issue with my PC for awhile now, that makes my PC lose connection to my monitor and doesn't reconnect it, requiring me to hard boot the PC. This has happened in the past when attempting to load cinematics in World of Warcraft(This was the only thing that I could get to reproduce the issue regularly). But more recently, it does it 99% of the time when I attempt to load a program called CORE. This program allows you to create silly games and play them but the catch is, is that it only crashes it when I load the editor not an actual game.

I've run tests with a million different programs and no errors ever come up. I recently tried testing my PC with OCCT, anytime I attempt to run a test on the 3D with 100% GPU usage, VRAM OR the Power option it does this.

The weirdest part for me is that it does this disconnected but then the fans in my PC go into like overdrive. Any sort of help would be great.

To be more specific - PSU should be brand and EXACT model number, along with age.

I don't know if this is related to this issue, but the first thing I'd do is upgrade your RAM: 8 GB isn't enough for too much more than just running Windows by itself anymore. 16 GB is considered the new minimum for any kind of modern gaming.

adding ram will not help with the issue at hand but would help system performance. There are only two reasons that I know of that affect blank screen the number one being PSU or just a chance of bios related problem. Is the bios on the latest version do not update unless you know what you are doing.

Yes I completely updated the Bios about a week ago now to make sure that wasn't an issue either.
