Question Can't turn on G-Sync, tried everything

Hello, so I am trying to turn on G-Sync on my Asus ROG Zephyrus S GX502. When I open the NVIDIA control panel, it only shows 3D settings.

THINGS I'VE TRIED:

• changing the preferred graphics processor, didn't help
• disabling the intel graphics in device manager, now it says "You are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU."
• reinstalling both drivers

Any suggestions?
