Can't update BIOS cause exe isn't 64-bit compatible

So there's a newer BIOS version for my mobo (GA-770T-USB3), but when I open the .exe it says it's not compatible with my version of Windows. I'm running 64-bit, but there is no OS version of the BIOS install. So how can I update my BIOS?
