Suddenly, my computer won't turn on when I insert 2 Corsair DDR4 Rams. QCodes 49 & 01 are stuck on a loop. But when I insert one it boots up perfectly fine.

Motherboard - Maximus IX Hero
Processor - i5-7600K
GPU - Rog Strix 1070
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB x2

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Update: Fans randomly get loud for few seconds then goes quiet

Solution
Ram will initially install at stock speeds, regardless of the top advertised speed.
You get 3000 speed when you implement a XMP profile.

It sounds like you are using the new kit to do a ram upgrade.

What was the ram you had before?
Was it a dual channel kit?
Did all run well with that?

If the sticks test out ok individually, you likely have a problem with a ram slot.
This is a common problem if you have a bent cpu socket pin.

Which Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB x2 model exactly ? They go from 2133 MHz to 5000 Mhz, and your MoBo supports 2133 to 3000 MHz according to QVL. But on gskill configurator it goes up to 3600.
The QCodes 49 & 01 are related to RAM speed / timing problems
