So i recently reformatted my computer from 32 bit to 64 bit windows 10, this required a full reformat, yet there is still memory being used on both of my hard drives as well as it not letting me access my second hard drive. i went into disk manager and it acknowledges the hard drive being there and that there is memory being used on it but i can format it and for some reason it says "(System, Active, Primary Partition)" beside it...i dont know how to fix this and it is doing my head in...please help

hey, yeah i have them both connected and the 2TB hard disk is on the end of the SATA cable and the hard disk with the os is on the second port of the SATA cable, would that have cause the problem because i hate opening my computer because im always statically charged for some reason and im just scare of short circuiting it, so is it possible to fix it without moving the hardware?

No. You need to disconnect the 2TB drive and fix the boot drive. Additional drives should never be connected when you install the OS unless it's planned that way, e.g., installing more than one OS.

Edit: Power off the PSU and touch the case to discharge static electricity before touching other components.
