[SOLVED] can't view errors details in Event Viewer

Hi guys,
there is something wrong with event viewer since a few days
every time i try to open an error details i get a popup says has detected an error then i get a loading popup says management console and it keeps loading forever till i restart the system...
i have no idea why is this happening or how to fix it....

Microsoft has confirmed that its latest updates for Windows 10 and below cause a problem in its Event Viewer app ....etc
and they fixed it with another update.
Problem solved 🙂
Try this and see if you can repair it.

a) Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.

b) At the command prompt, type cd %windir%\system32, and then press ENTER

c) Type the following commands. Press ENTER after each command.

Regsvr32 Msxml.dll

Regsvr32 Msxml2.dll

Regsvr32 Msxml3.dll


d) Type exit, and then press ENTER to close the Command Prompt window.

e) Restart the computer
