Cant watch videos saved on my computer

Every time i try to watch a clip i recorded it shows a loading symbol for 5 secs and then it closes itself. Any suggestions

I'm using Windows 10 vids are in mp4 and watching with Video or windows media player. it used to be fine but just recently cant watch any of the clips I have made even the ones I had watched before

Try using VLC media player to view them. Also try copying a few of those to another location and see if they work there.
