Caps Lock Toggle?

Is there a way I can press caps more than once for it to toggle? I keep hitting it in games and it annoyed me when I type out in caps. LIKE IM SCREAMING AT THEM!

Anyway, I have a Corsair K95 RGB Keyboard if that makes things easier.

Its called sticky keys in windows.

Do a search in windows or go to control panel in windows, keyboard and mouse options.
Helps if you look you know.

Tried that before asking bud, I made sure to fiddle for a while with that and my keyboard settings. It only makes a beep each time I press it, in other words. It does not activate the cap lock if I press it twice. I don't want a annoying beep each time I press it, I simply want it to only activate cap lock when it is pressed twice, then twice to turn off. You know?
I'm using windows 7 by the way.

Also, I don't want it to activate at all unless pressed twice.
