Question Capsule Header invalid error updating BIOS Help! (DH61HO)

I am new to updating bios so i research on it and download the zip file for my motherboard DH61HO from here (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28300/BIOS-Update-HOH6110H-86A-?product=66983) and i flash it using usb but in the starting it shows error "Capsule Header invalid" and reset BIOS .

i try to flash file with f7 update menu

i Downloaded the zip file for flashing not the recovery (.BIO) file

on site they have two files to download "zip" & ".BIO" and i cant distinguish between them

can someone help? me out of this

From 0813 release notes:

"If your board currently uses BIOS version 0009 or 0010, first update it to version 0011 BEFORE updating to 0813."

I think my version is .0011

"Intel Corp. HOH6110H.86A.0011.2012.0530.1036, 30-05-2012"

it is written in front of BIOS VERSION/DATE

And also the file i downloaded is latest 2018 update that is "HOH6110H.86A.0816.BI.ZIP"

I think its 0816 version and want to update to 0816 not on 0813 as i want latest update

Yes you are right, you already have BIOS version 0011

In that case I don't know what's causing the error when you try to update to version 0813

Please stand by for (hopefully) further help from someone with more knowledge about this than I have.

I dont want to upgrade at 0813 brother i want to update to 0816 did i have to try update on 0813

But when i check i can't find 0813 version
