Question Card reader not properly detected by Windows

I recently purchased a card reader but my system does not detect it properly, only providing me with error code 43 in the device manager. My Linux system doesn't want to detect it either. The seller told me it was working with his system and bought the unit 2 years ago. Are there any drivers for it or is Windows just being Windows?

Is this the card reader you're working with? If so, that card reader module looks awfully familiar to that found on Dell XPS system's back in the day. If not, then can you parse a link to the seller? Which Windows are you on and what version(not edition) of the OS are you on?

It's close but my version also has a slot for a SIM card. Current version of my operating system is Windows 10, version 21H2 (OS build: 19044.1526)
