shubham1401 Distinguished Apr 21, 2009 2,754 0 20,960 Jun 25, 2009 #8 Because of its DDR3 memory the 9800GT is better. Dont get confused looking at the amount of memory(i.e 768 vs 512 mb). Even a 9400GT with memroy as high as 1 gb ddr2 is a total crap card not meant for gaming.
