Regardless the pressure inside your PC (positive, negative or neutral), you still need fan filters to avoid dust buildup inside the PC, since air is going into the PC case and also out of the PC case.

As far as fan amount goes, that depends on the GPU you go for. For low heat output GPU, e.g GTX 1050 Ti, the 2x stock fans case comes with would be enough cooling wise. But if you're putting e.g GTX 1080 Ti into there which has aftermarket cooler as well (not blower-type), then it's high heat production could rise the PC case internal temps quite high and 2x fans may not be enough.
Here, try with 2x stock fans first. If temps get too high, buy additional fans.

Demciflex filters that i bought are specifically made for my Corsair cases and...

Regarding airflow pressure, i favor negative pressure the most due to it's best cooling ability. But if you don't have heat intensive build, you can go for neutral pressure to lessen the dust intake in your PC.

Neutral pressure with 4x same size fans would be: 2x intake and 2x exhaust fans.

Meshify C Mini comes with 2x removable filters and 1x unremovable filter. Top and bottom filters are removable while front foam filter is not and is built-in to the front panel. Images too, click on spoiler to view:

The thing with stock filters is, that they have way too big of a holes in the mesh, making them less effective. That's also a reason why i use custom filters. In this video review, stock filters are compared to the Demciflex filters,

yes the difference is there
then in case the fans of stocks are not enough
there are 2 options
1. you buy an equal fan you put it behind and you get negative pressure so you need filters
2. you buy two equal fans put them in front and back and get neutral pressure in this case you do not need the filters

in your opinion with an apu ryzen 3000 + 1 gpu the fans of the case can be enough to cool?

how much do the dust filters cost you get?

since the front filter is not removable.
if you want to clean it, do it with a vacuum cleaner?

Demciflex filters that i bought are specifically made for my Corsair cases and i bought them as a set. My Corsair 760T filter set costed €61.10 and my Corsair 750D AF Edition filter set was €56.00. Since there is no set for Meshify C Mini, you need to buy regular Demciflex filter. E.g standard 120mm filter is about $5,

You only need to buy bottom filter since there's no point to filter exhaust air at the top and rear of the case. For front filter, there is a topic in the forums where there was discussed about replacing the stock foam filter. It's a good read if you're also planning to modify the front filter and make it better,

Cleaning the Demciflex filter is easy. I rinse it in slow flowing cold water and afterwards i gently tap the filter dry with towel. There's also a guide on how to clean Demciflex filters,

As far as cleaning the stock front foam filter goes, things get difficult. Since foam filter catches dust inside the foam, cleaning it is very hard. You can try using vacuum cleaner on it but i, personally, would avoid foam filter all together and replace it with something better. The topic link i gave above discusses about replacing the foam filter.

ok
I proceed like this:

first I put the apu ryzen 3000 and with the 2 fans of the case of stock should be sufficient and if I put a gpu then I buy other 2 fans equal to those of the case and I put 1 in front and 1 behind.

and at the limit I buy the dust filter for the botom
I use a vacuum cleaner to clean the other filters on the case

what do you think about it?
