Question Case fan only starting when getting pushed.

So I recently build my first pc, and it worked fine, but now I have realised that the case fan is not working unless you give it a push, and then it works fine.
The case is from a Scandinavian brand:

I use the case fan that comes with the case.

probably a bad fan.. try connecting another fan to the same header and see if it starts on its own.. if it dont then Id check the board. but more than likely id say its just a bad fan or maybe needs a touch of lubricant .. might also wanna check fan settings to make sure its not set to silent or zero fan mode etc within the Bios.
