Case fan upgrade

Hello,
I currently have a Cooler Master Scout case with all the stock cooling (other than an upgraded CPU heatsink and fan). I am looking to upgrade the fans in this case as their speed is not controlable. I would like some fans (120mm and 140mm) that I can connect to a fan controller card (recomendations please) that would be very quiet at their lowest speed but noise doesn't matter at their highest speed as I game with headphones on.
Suggestions to the best fans to use would be much appreciated.

I have had good results from Scythe fans. They offer models with differing top speeds, so you'd probably want the higher speed models. They seem to be fairly quiet for the amount of air they move, and I haven't had one die yet in years of use.

i used a pack of Gelid wing 12's to upgrade my case fans , they doing a nice job so far

I'm a big fan of noise blockers, noctua, and scythe... all great brands... I have heard great things about gelids and will be putting them in my wife's comp I'm building now.
