I just bought an Antec 80mm Pro Series Case Fan for $10 bucks which I'm sure is overpriced but it's only 10 bucks. But I was wondering how much air should be coming out of the computer. I put my hand behind the computer and hardly any is coming out. It also making a lot of noise, louder than my computer was. Is this right? It's only a 2800RPM fan. I'm sure it's facing the right direction, I've tried both.

Something isn't right with your fan. My 80mm case fan was very loud, but I can feel the wind coming out without putting my hand to the back of the case. After I lowered it's votage from 12v to 6.8v, it became much quieter and still quite effective.

If no air is being pulled in from the front or.. really anywhere.. you most likely wont be able to feal it. At least that's the case with this cheap generic case i have.

If you have case filters fitted on the intake, ensure that they are clean.

A case fan is supposed to push warm air out of the case. Are you sure it's doing so?
I'm not saying it's not effective otherwise, but it just sucks air through those holes and makes a lot of noise. If it's sucking air out and not in the case, something's wrong with it. If not, make sure it pushes the air out.
