This video has my full build. I followed the instructions step by step. All my fans are spinning at full speed and I cannot seem to control them. I tried accessing BIOS, but only one fan appears, and I cannot seem to change the speed. I also downloaded the ICUE software. I can control the Liquid Cooler fan speed, but not my case fans.

They are very loud, I assume the problem is the fans being connected directly to the PSU and receiving no feedback from the MB to communicate the speed change. I have no idea how to fix this.

The fans are supposed to be connected to the side of the rgb hub labelled fans. And the usb cable from the fan hub gets connected into one of the usb sockets on the motherboard.

What kind of casefans did you use? They should be 4-pin PWM fans to be controlled in the iCue software, 3-pin fans will run at 100% of their rated speeds
