I ordered something last Thursday and today it still says "Processing" in the order history. They have the Mozart TX in stock and they said they would email if any problems occured. So I went to look at their contact details to send them an email. And then, of course, they happen to have a sales contact that doesnt respond, no email or link for their "general questions" and a phone line that operates 3 hours a day on pacific time. Anyone else had trouble with these guys?

Well I just got the case in today =)
From Feb 7th to March 12th
Longest f%*&$^ wait ive ever had. They wouldnt refund me either so I just had to wait.
Never, NEVER will I buy from them again

Sure they are no new egg but having 4 business days to process a case that is currently in high demand. And then 5 days to ship(which you could have paid more to have it sooner). That isn't bad at all... Not a flame just a statement.
8O I may not be a math whiz (ok I am, but in either case...) but 4 + 5 = 9. It took them 33 by my count. Note the months :)

Mike.

😳 😳 😳 holy shite... my bad...

yeah lol i was gonna say that 9 days isnt something i would rag on about but it took longer than that. And the case is great, 10 fans and it has great airflow with its design. Combined with the Tuniq Tower 120 the CPU is freezing cold =)

awesome... I have the Antec P180 and love it but i love the look of your tower...
*Pulls foot out of mouth*

Looking to either get the Soprano or the Kandalf for my next build. Sort of a midgaming build/watercooling build/overclocker/protein folder. Multipurpose =)
