Greetings all,

I have an EVGA DG-76 mid-size case and would like to know if there is anyway to install standoffs for the front plexi-panel so as to increase airflow.

Thank you for your time.

What you would likely need to do is go to your local hardware or specialty fastener supply store, like Fastenal or Grainger, someplace like that, and get some Allen or Torx headed chrome bolts that are the same thread size and pitch as the existing ones, but with longer threads, and then source some chrome, fiber or hard plastic washers (probably like four or five of them per bolt location, to slide over the additional exposed length of the new bolts between the front panel and the female threaded inserts that are part of the case body itself which would result in increasing the width of the gap between the panel and case.

Obviously you need to determine a length of bolt so that you can add four or five (Depending on how much you want to increase the gap) washers but still have like four or five threads extending beyond the washers so it can solidly be threaded and fastened to the chassis inserts. That would be the easiest and probably best aesthetic option.

What color is your case? White or black?

Right. So, something like this in place of the original fasteners would probably turn out pretty good. These are of course not the right size I'm sure, you'll have to match up what you have with a thread pitch gauge or whatever, but something like this probably would look pretty decent. Or, your supplier might even be able to do an actual knurled thumb screw head where it would still be tool-less but with a longer shank so you can space it out with washers or spacers. And again, Grainger might even have something like a black chrome spacer that would work so you don't have to use like multiple washers on each one.
