[SOLVED] Case RGB remote controller stopped working (Forgot Re-sync Method)

Hey, I’m using the Xigmatek Venom X case. The RGB button on the case works (cycles through colors), but the remote stopped working.


This happened before and I fixed it by pressing something on the remote while pressing the case RGB button, but I forgot what I did :/


I tried:

• Holding M/B SYNC on the remote + pressing the case RGB button for like 5-10 secs

Still nothing. Anyone know the exact steps to re-sync this remote with the fans again?

Perhaps a silly suggestion but have you checked to see if the remote's battery needs replacing?

you're right, i've been told that if the little red light shows on the controller then battery is good but I opened the controller and found that the battery has "CR2025" written on it, changed it with another battery and worked
such a silly solution lmao
