Hello i wanted to make a "sleeper pc" using an hp pavilion 500-505j case (which i really like the design of)

I modified the power switch and the leds and fitted an rtx 2080 super inside. Using a gigabyte b365m aorus elite motherboard. The pc is working and all but i have a problem my usb 3 fornt panel ports are not working at all and my sd card reader is acting strange, i wanted to know if theres way to solve it? The card reader js showing disk (e) on windows explorer but when i insert the card theres a small light on the front panel but the card is not reccognized on windows and sometimes randomly the windows explorer crashing itself and says insert disk e or something like that. Also the front audio is working but i have static noise (i added front fan) and buzzing in the headphones.. i wanted to know if its possible to fix all of these problems..? The most important one is the front usb for me.. i would like some help. Thanaks

how did you modify the power switch and the leds?
does the motherboard provide USB3 front panel header to connect the front panel to?
Is it connected correctly?
About the power and leds i had a spare power switch and leds wires that i bought from aliexpress about a year ago. I removed the original one it had plastic tabs that i pulled and released the old power and putted the new one inside. About the usb ye the usb 3 font panel uses normal usb3 connector as it seems. But also today i resitted the original imp87 mp motherboard inside my old pc case and there too the usb ports not working at all.. not usb 2 and not usb3.. which. Makes me think hp is doing something with thier front panel connectors diffrently. Also i have seen a video that you need to solder a wire behind the motherboard in to some dots behind the usb ports to make the original hp motherboard recognize new usb 3 headders. I dont know how to do it and i dont know if its true and i dont have the equipment..
