Case wires to motherboard

First time here!

I was building my son's and I computer and am a little confused on the wires that come from the CPU case. The wires are clearly labled. I know what they are (HDD led, Reset switch, power switch, and led + and led -) On the motherboard where those go there is a plus and minus. My question is on the plastic part on the wire that connects to the board it has an arrow. Does the arrow represent the + or the -? I just didn't want to get them switched around! Thank you!

The arrows should be lined up with the +

best way to find out is to open that motherboard manual and look for the front panel header illustration

The motherboard manual was no help with the wires themselves....nor was the case. Cooler Master case and GIGABYTE MB BTW). Thanks for the arrow answer!

Arrow to +, but if you get them the wrong way round, nothing major will happen, leds don't go on, buttons don't work, no pc speaker beep. Trial and error in end works out.
