Catalyst Control Center how to turn on High Peformance?

Ok this might be a noob question, but I have seen some people talking about a "high performance" mode on CCC, I am running 12.8 WHQL, I can't find the "Switchable Graphics" or even a "Power Tab", anywhere, is there something that has to be done to show this tab?.

Download and fusion utility, you can select high performance from this.

Or in ccc click on graphics settings and adjust the sliders from quality to performance.

My advise is to download fusion
