Ccc 11.10 default idling clock not matching up in xfire

Hi there, just updated to 11.10 w. 11.9 cap4
So first thing i noticed is that my first card is running 400/900mhz, and not 157/300 which is default for idling.
i'm running crossfire 5770, and only the first card is running 400/900, second card is running 157/300 which i find kinda odd.
I did not have this problem with previous version.

I have no idea what so ever how to solve this, as i tried searching google but to no avail.
Got suggestions?

if it's on by default in firefox, then yes, but not something i've changed manual.

if i close everything, it's still 400/900, but i noticed that 11.10 has switched the cards around.
So the first card shown is actually the second card, in the dropdown menu i pick the "second" card which is actually the primary card, that's the card that reacts to internet, video & games that only supports 1 gpu.
the addon card doesn't react to these things besides multigpu supported games, as far as i've noticed.
