CCC Performance not opening!?

Hi i'm trying to overclock my Radeon 4650 and when i click the performance tab and click accept to the agreement, the tab just exits out and im back to the home screen! any help? i was really looking forward to overclocking my card!

Have you tried uninstalling CCC, and downloading it again?

I had some trouble with mine opening at first... did a fresh install and all is good.
