CD/DVD drive won\'t open

can't eject or open the drive drawer please help

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

Have you tried the tiny hole in the front into which you poke the end of a paperclip or similar, press firmly and the drawer should open. If that fails and the Eject command from Explorer won't do it, the drive has failed and needs replacing.
