where can I get the cd or dvd drivers for win 7

They are included with Win 7 and install themselves when you install it. What problem are you having?

this is a genuine Microsoft with key #s but it still needs the divers to put it in a new HD. Thanks anyway.

The only drivers that you will need are the motherboard drivers and the graphics card drivers all of which can be downloaded from the manufacturers web site.
