CD Recording Software Drivers Causing Instability

Everytime I log on, I get a balloon message stating that CD Recording
Software Drivers may cause instability and have been disabled. I have
uninstalled every version of every CD recording software I can find on my
system, yet it is still popping up. Any advice from anyone?
