cd-rom disappearing...

My CD-rom keeps on disappearing, I will get it to come back but then it will be gone again, the problem started when I was playing Battlefield Vietnam, the game froze and I have had problems since.
I am running:
Radeon 9800 PRO
1GB corsair xms2700pro twinx
athlon 2500+ barton
A7N8X Deluxe
lite-on cd-rw
samsung cd-rom(this one disappears)when it comes back it showes it as the E: drive

you might have a power issue.

what is the size of your PSU?

call asus, you might have bad IDE controller.

oh, dude, forgot to mention, change your IDE cable on CD ROM. fix 124.99%
