CDS READS 0MB IN XP

i am trying to install programs from an offshelf cd, it reads 0mb on other computer. This drive cannot read either the CD or DVD. It was reading before. pls help

re-install your cd/dvd drive. go to device manager right click on cd/dvd drive and unistall then re-boot your computer and let XP re-install it. It also sounds like the CD is full.
